    Reservation may be made through our Hotel Website, Phone or Email.
  • What is required to make a Reservation?
    Guest Name Arrival & Departure Dates Number of persons Contact Number Credit Card to guarantee.
  • What time is Check In & Check Out?
    Check In Time is at 3:00 PM. Check Out Time is at 12:00 PM.
  • What is the Cancellation or No-Show Policy?
    Cancellation and No-Show Policies differ based on the Package chosen. You may find the details on your Reservation.
  • What are the Front Desk hours?
    Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • I am arriving in the Early Morning hours, when should I book my room?
    Hotel’s Standard Check In Time is at 3:00 PM. Anytime before that may have a fee, please call for more information.
  • Is Late Check Out possible?
    Check Out time is 12:00 pm, anytime after that may receive a fee. Please call for more information.
  • Can I store my Luggage before Check In/after Check Out?
    Yes, you may store your Luggage’s. Kindly inquire with our Front Desk Staff for more details.

  • Are Guest Rooms Smoking or Non-Smoking?
    All Hotel Rooms are Non-Smoking under Guam Law. Smoking is prohibited in all Hotel Rooms. Guam Law prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any entrance or exit of Public Buildings.
  • Is WIFI provided in the Guest Rooms?
    WIFI is provided in all Guest Rooms with no additional charge.
  • Does my room have a Refrigerator?
    Deluxe rooms include a mini fridge, and suites have a full sized fridge.
  • Does my room have a Microwave?
    Deluxe rooms can receive a microwave upon request for $20. Suite rooms have a microwaved included.
  • Are there Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Boards in the room?
    All Guest Rooms are equipped with Hairdryer. Iron and Ironing Boards are available upon request, based on availability.
  • What other amenities are provided in the rooms?
    Safety Box, Kettle, Slippers, and Bathroom Amenities. Razors and Vanity Kits are available upon request.
  • Is there an In-Room Safety Box?
    In room safety box is provided for use with no additional charge.
  • Does your Hotel have Connecting Rooms?
    Connecting Rooms are available for Deluxe Room Types, based on availability, with no additional charges.
  • What Type & Voltage Outlet is in the Guest Rooms?
    110 voltage / 3 prong outlet and USB.
  • What kind of TV is included in the rooms?
    55" Smart TV w/ Netflix Feature for Deluxe Rooms. 65" Smart TV w/ Netflix Feature for Suites.
  • Does your Hotel offer Room Service?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer Room Service. The guest can enjoy breakfast at the Club lounge
  • What is the maximum occupancy of the Guestrooms?
    Maximum Occupancy differs based on Room Type. You may find the details under each room type on our Website.
  • Can children stay at no additional charge?
    Children up to 12 years may stay at no additional charge if existing bedding is utilized. If extra bed is required, additional charges will apply.
  • How far is the Hotel from the Airport?
    10-minute drive (4.2km)
  • How to get to the Hotel from the Airport?
    Head north toward Route 10A, Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Route 10A, Turn right onto S Marine Corps Dr, Make a U-turn, Sharp right onto Pale San Vitores Rd Click HERE link for Google map.
  • Does your Hotel provide Airport Transportation?
    Airport Transfer is available with an additional charge. Airport Shuttle: Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservation: Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Limited seats available. 1 Pax - $30 per way, with every additional pax being $15.
  • Does your Hotel provide Shopping Mall Transportation?
    Shopping Shuttle is available with no additional charge. Shopping Shuttle: Hours: Schedule may be viewed at our Front Desk or Bell Desk. Reservation: Must be booked in advance. Limited seats available. Fee: Complimentary for all In House Guests.
  • Does your Hotel have Parking?
    Self-Parking is available for all In House Guest’s at no charge. Parking space is based on availability. Hotel is not responsible for any theft or damages to any vehicle parked in the Hotel Premises.
  • Can my room be upgraded?
    Upgrades (based on availability) are available with additional charges.
  • Does your Hotel provide Baby Crib or Bed Guard?
    Baby Crib & Bed Guard are available upon request with no additional charge. Maximum 2 per room.
  • Does your Hotel have ADA Rooms?
    Hotel offers ADA Rooms for some Room Types.
  • How far are the Shopping Malls?

  • What time does the Pool open and close?
    Pool opens at 0700AM and closes at 2200PM.
  • Does your Hotel accept Pets?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow Pets.
  • Does your Hotel offer Breakfast?
    Free breakfast is available in our cub lounge from 6:30 am - 10:00 am.
  • How much do you charge for Extra Bed/Person?
    Extra Bed/Person is available with additional charges. EXTRA BED Extra Person and/or Extra Bed: $35.00+11% Tax per person, per bed, per day. If you would like to arrange, kindly acknowledge by return email and once we receive your acknowledgement, we will make the necessary arrangements. No arrangements will be made without your reply.
