Gun Beach

Gun Beach features good snorkeling, when safe conditions prevail, and a dive site with steep reef sides and a cable trench leading into deep water. Protective beach shoes are a must for Gun Beach.

Two Lovers Point

Two Lover's Point is a startling cliffline in Northern Guam, overlooking the glimmering Philippine Sea, is the site of an ancient Chamorro legend.  The legend tells of two lovers who, forbidden from being together in life, leaped to their deaths from the cliffside so they could be together in eternity.   Today, with culturally-inspired architecture, sweeping landscapes and dramatic overlooks, the site immerses visitors in all the drama and history of that ancient Chamorro romance.

Underwater World

UnderWater World Guam is one of the longest tunnel-aquariums in the world and the only oceanarium in the United States territory of Guam. It has more than 2,000 animals representing more than 80 different species. Many of the animals included in the aquarium are native to Guam and the surrounding Marianas Islands.

Ypao Beach

Ypao beach is adjacent to one of the largest public parks on Guam. Parking is full on holidays and weekends and locked after sunset. Recently updated covered seating is in abundance and walking paths surround the space, as well as an outdoor shower. Events are scheduled regularly for this location and there is a bandstand for concerts on the lawn. This section of beach is groomed and manicured regularly. Tourists are also observed enjoying this park as the proximity to hotels and shops is so convenient.

Tumon Beach

Tumon beach is the most popular beach here on island. It is located on the island tourist district. The white-sand beach front properties are lined with luxury hotels.

Matapang Beach

For the rowing enthusiast and photographer alike this is a location of opportunity. On days safe for boating the local rowing teams cast off in the late afternoon and evening. Outrigger canoes, a transportation of the past, are plastered with modern local auto dealership logos, creating an odd juxtaposition. Ancient rowing chants can be heard across the flat waters of Tumon Bay as the sun dips into the cloud-lined horizon.
